@SimonD is correct and has provided some helpful resources. Your Shopify ID is your .myshopify.com URL which can be located in the web browser field. I’ll include a screenshot below of where to locate this section.

If you’re looking for the Shop ID of your store, we will need to authenticate you and ensure we are speaking with the Account Owner. We would need to move our conversation to email to verify your account details. Please let us know if this is the Shop ID you are trying to locate and we will contact you via the email address you have linked to your community account.
