Hi, is there a way to make the announcement bar go on a loop where it changes? The first says free shipping but I want that to change to a discount code for a sale then change back on a loop but I do not want to have two bars stacked on top of each other.

The link above doesn’t work, fyi! However, I should still be able to help you out here. What you’re going to want to do is look into an app that can achieve this, or consider having the feature custom coded into your theme, if you aren’t happy with what the apps offer.
As far as apps, I found one that boasts the ability to have multiple banners on a carousel - which sounds like what you’re looking for. Check out Multi Announcement Bar.
