Hello everyone! I am new to Shopify. I have chosen Synce as a supplier for my business.
Likewise, I have changed the prices, however every time Synce automatically synchronizes new stock for the products selected for my shop the new prices I set go back to the original pricing. How can I resolve this issue, so I don’t need to change the pricing every single time. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Are you using this Syncee app for your store?
If this is the case, Syncee has a help guide here that shows how you can turn off the price update setting for your products. Because Syncee is a third-party app, if you have any further questions about this you can reach out to their support team as they’re best equipped to support you with questions about their app. Their email is available on the same help guide that I shared, on the very bottom of the page.
