Hi,
Im uploading an image and im saving it with a transparent background but when I save it, it shows up with a white background. How can I stop this from happening, I’m uploading with with the ‘image and text’ section.
What format are you uploading? PNGs should retain their alpha layer.
tried with both PNG and Jpeg neither seems to work @iDoThemes
