How can I make a language selection popup less intrusive?

Hi All,

We have 2 markets and 2 languages in our store. This triggers a popup every time someone lands on our website, like this:

I think it is quite intrusive, could this be skipped or disabled?

Hi thanks for your reply, as you can see, this is another sort of popup that has nothing to do with conversion or sales strategy, just for language selection or market.

Could you advice on that?
