How can I make a mobile banner responsive on the Dawn theme?

Hi, I made some changes to the code of the Dawn theme to have a different banner on mobile and desktop. It actually work but then i realized that the mobile banner isnt responsive and it get crop. I could use some help with that issue :sweat_smile: . im pretty bad with code so if i could get a clear step by step it would be apreciated.

Yes i had to change the image but i still have the same issue

I think it looks okay. I wish that i would be able to make a responsive image so i would be restricted on the way i make my mobile banner. For this one i i could put as much text i wanted because i knew it would be cut depending on the mobile used
