How can I make a theme support .glb format for 3D imagery?

Hello Shopify Community,

I have a Shopify theme that I was told by the theme developers that it does not support .glb format for 3D imagery.

I have done much work on this theme and the client now wants to add this imagery. I tested the images on other themes and it works fine.

I was wondering of there is a way to make a theme support this? I have added the media filters as a snippet as per Shopify’s instructions, but when I add the 3D file, the product page does not even load.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have seen your store GLB file is supported can you provide me code of product page?
