I have pages that I created solely for content on the product page. They get added to the product pages via sections. i want these pages to essentially not exist on my site except for when they are attached to the product page. these pages should not exist to the world, except when living on a product page.

As long as the customer has the page link then they will be able to route on your page. Just try to delete any links that can route to that page except in product page you want it to attached
