How can I make main menus clickable on the dawn theme?

I’m trying to make my main menus clickable on the dawn theme so that when you click on the main collection from the main menu, it then loads a screen showing all the collections from that collection. Kind of like the collection list page, so instead of a dropdown menu, its a clickable main menu and takes you to a collection list within that main menu. I hope that makes sense.

you mean all dropdown main menu item open to relevant collection or page right? how about open dropdown menu?
