when i click on product page, text in 1. picture is bolded because its page that im currently on. But when i click on “Order Lookup” page, text is not bolded. How to fix it, please?

@Rupert22 All pages are theme default pages and that page is coming from a app. I can’t inspect the code so i’m not able to check more.
