How can I make my HTML page mobile-friendly?

Hello,

I have made a new landing page for a product launch and really proud of my basic html skills from watching some youtube videos.
The only problem is that when I view it on mobile it crops all the images.

Is there a way to lock the images so they don’t cut off for mobile view?

For example my header landscape picture to not be cropped into a portrait?

Please help!! and thank you so much
