If you want to hide your product from customers, you need to make products unavailable to your sales channels

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

  2. The product is available to the sales channels listed in the Product status section, select Manage

  3. Uncheck Online Store

  4. Click Done

Secondly, If you want to change your store currency after making your first sale, you need to contact Shopify Support and ask them to do it for you.
