Hello guys my video is autoplaying on desktop but on mobile you need to press the play button what do i have to do so it autoplays on mobile too? ?

Hi @Corqle , could you please share your store URL? I can check it again on my end. Also, may I know if you check your autoplaying video on the iPhone? So, please try to disable “Low battery Mode” while checking this. I hope my suggestion will help 
@Corqle This is intentional by OS and Browser vendors to prevent a large user annoyance on the internet for mobile users.
@Kani is correct some mobile-device+browsers combinations will autoplay muted video, but most default to or respect on users preferences to not autoplay video with sound.
So keep this in mind and consider your customers mobile battery, and bandwidth before forcing autoplay on them. At minimum ab test this change and keep an eye on bounce rates.
