How can I make my web banner scale properly on different devices?

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been asked a hundred times I just can’t find a simple solution to my problem.

I use the theme debut and I notice the carousel banner doesn’t scale down according to what device youre using.

e.g. the banner fits perfect for desktop but on tablet and mobile it crops half of it off rendering the banner unreadable.

What is the best solution for this? Is there a way to add more than one banner size to fit all devices or is there a way to automaticaly scale down without losing half of the image?
