I’m excited to hear you’re ready to get your website live. All you need to do is remove the password page from your store, and it will be accessible and visible to the public. You can follow the steps below to do this.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
- Scroll down to the Password protection section.
- Uncheck Enable password.
- Click Save.
Make sure that the theme you want to be visible is published so this is what customers see when they land on your website. If you need steps on how to publish your theme, you can refer to the guide on this page. Additionally, don’t forget to select a subscription plan in the Settings > Plan page in your admin to start receiving orders if you haven’t done this yet.
Just before you remove the password page and advertise your store, don’t forget to run through your settings and your website one final time to ensure you have everything necessary set up and that your checkout runs smoothly. You can use this checklist to go over all the areas in your admin and your store. It’s a great way to find out if you need to make any adjustments or improvements so your launch day is successful!
