Hello, I am in a lot of trouble on this issue, I would be glad if you can help. I am in the process of designing my current site and somehow I made it transparent, but when I scroll it still remains transparent and also remains fixed on the screen, I put the picture in the attachment.
My request is to have a title and layout like on this site, for example, I use the dawn theme.
