How can I make product specifications labels bold on my website?

please see attached product screenshot.

i’m needing to display the Product Specifications (metafield) Label in Bold.

the words like “Size” “Color” “Model” “Year” etc…the metafield label/title word in bold.

i think it can be done in the section-main-product.css or the base.css

please let me know which line of code to change.
