Hey, I started my shop lately, and I started to get a lot of orders, I work with a private shipping company that every time I have an order I need to upload the client’s info manually.
Shopify has the option to download all clients info to an Excel sheet, the only problem is that my target clients are Israelis talking Hebrew. Every time I try to open the Excel sheet I get from Shopify, I get something like: sefhnlsoktfgiolsehtf;oafh;ahg/ - this
I really need your help with this since I have a lot of customers orders lately, it became urgent. I need the Excel file will read Hebrew
