How can I make the "Choose Options" button say "Sold Out" when all variants are unavailable?

Hello, I am looking to have the choose options button be the sold out when all variants are sold out on a collection page.

also I would be looking to take out the “sold out” badge on the photo too

Here’s some extra info if needed!
“Your current version: Dawn 7.0.1” (also shogun page builder is used)
https://xyled.online/collections/all - the collection page in the photo above but I need this for all my (2 at the moment) collections, the other page is https://xyled.online/collections/tapestries if needed

Thanks for the code! I was able to solve my 2nd issue with removing the sold out badge I just had to change the class to .badge–bottom-left

but for my main issue with needing the choose options button to be a sold out button when all variants are sold out, the code you gave me I’m not 100% sure where to put it

I tried putting it in theme.liquid but it did not work there
