How can I make the header navigation menu item clickable?

Hey, so I have a “PRODUCTS” menu on my header. When I hover over it, it shows multiple options, it’s cool and everything.

BUT! I want to make the “PRODUCTS” itself CLICKABLE.

How do I do that?
