Is the store that you have linked here your own, or just an example? Also, am I right to say that you are looking to have the header centred the way that it is on those screenshots?
If so, since you are using the third party Prestige theme, you will need to reach out to the developers to see if they can assist with this. I had a look and I found that you can get support on their developer website here if you scroll down to the bottom and see Get in touch.
If you find that you’re not able to achieve the look that you’re going for with the help of the theme developers, my next recommendation is that you instead opt for the help of a Shopify Expert. Shopify Experts are people who work externally to Shopify and charge their rates based on the work that they do. They are able to assist with third party theme related customization requests and other issues you may have.

Unless there are options within the theme editor on the left hand side under Header to resize the image, I would suggest you still take the steps to contact the developers as they should be able to help you do this.
Also, you have done some great work, your store looks very professional and the colour scheme really suits your products! Another suggestion that I have for you would be to remove the Powered by Shopify from the very bottom of your footer to further add to the professional and clean look of your store. This can be done by following these steps here.
