How can I make the image with text section background full width in Dawn 2.0?

Hi there,

I’m using Dawn 2.0

I’ve tried to figure this out from other posts but can’t get it working. I want the dark background of Image with Text section to be full width, whilst retaining the same centered content positioning.

This is my old website with the right design:

OK, so I made some progress by trying to copy code from the rich text editor to replicate its ‘make section full width’ checkbox. I managed to toggle full width on/off, but it caused the Rich Text block which I’ve added below to disappear, and a warning that my Image With Text section now contained broken HTML.

Now looking right:
