How can I make the 'Powered by Shopify' footer link unclickable?

Hello i click Refersh thema and click edit language and change powered by shopify text but when i click this text it is open a new shopify page. how i can be this link be unclickable or simple text?

in the code, you can remove this line of code and

{{ powered_by_link }}

place static text without it being linkable
