How can I make the slideshow clickable on Taste Theme?

I’m trying to make the slideshow clickable on the taste theme. Tried everything from my end but nothing seems to really work.

Don’t want a button, I would want the whole image to be clickable.
Does anyone have a solution?

its not working. it is still unclickable and when I am scrolling cursor on the slides, cursor changed in invalid.

I want the slideshow to have arrows on the sidebar, like here. Then I don’t want the button or the frame here. I just want to have a slideshow with photos that I can click on and when I click it will take me to a specific link.
