Hello there, I need guidance on Cash on delivery payment method and product import.
I received an order on my site with only option COD as their payment method. In order to fulfill this order by oberlo i had to capture payment for this order and show as “Paid”. So, the question is how do i receive money if a supplier is shipping the order directly to a customer?
While importing clothes and shoes from oberlo to my site, why “Size chart” is not reflecting with imported products?

Really great questions. Let’s take a look into them:
1.) I’m thinking you could revise your payment method settings as COD wouldn’t really work with dropshipping for the exact reason of you not being able to collect payment on delivery. Cash on delivery works when you personally deliver the product to the customer and they pay you upon arrival. From here, you can create a draft order to charge this customer and explain the misunderstanding. Or you can cancel it if the customer doesn’t want to proceed to pay upfront.
2.) Just to confirm, do you mean the size chart is not matching the imported products and both come from Oberlo? Can you explain in some more detail how they’re not matching, please? Any links or screenshots would be greatly appreciated also!
Size charts are actually not available and/or not shown while selecting

Just to confirm as I’m still not 100% sure what you mean. Do you mean, when you’re selecting products to sell from Oberlo there is no size chart given so you aren’t sure what the sizes you need to present on your website are? If it’s not that, can you let me know what you mean and send a screenshot or a link to give me some reference, please.
