How can I manage different sizes and colors in my filter menu?

Hello i want to ask if someone know and can help me with the different colors and sizes from different factory … i have problem in my filter menu … i have s-m-l-xl/europe s-europe m-europe l-europe l-/asian s-asian … !!! and in color i have name like black/01/blm ,…!!! IF Someome know the way or any app … can help me … thanks
