How can I manage limited seating for an event on a webshop?

Dear,

We organise a dinner party on 2 days with different time slots at school.

The parents of the school children will subscribe and pay in advance, so we know what we need to order (chicken or ribs).

In order to make sure we have enough place at any given time, we would like to work with 3 time slots of 1h30 on 2 different days (Saturday evening and Sunday noon) with a limitation of 150 places per time slot.

Unfortunately I can’t find a way to organize this on the webshop. Should I create a stock of places per time slot and then let the parents first select the time slot and afterwards select the number of orders?

I would add two variants for time and days remember you can upload a CSV to keep track of stock.
