We’ve got a Shopify store with a warehouse (this fronts as a brick and mortar store as well) and multiple brick and mortar retail stores. Within Shopify, inventory is being shared across all locations. Kind of like this:

Location A = Warehouse

Location B = Brick and mortar
-
Location C = Brick and mortar
Does anyone know, whether through theme customisation, third-party apps or out of the box whether there is a way to restrict all orders that are fulfilment type ‘shipping’ to only be fulfilled through location A, while still maintaining the click and collect functionality for Location B and C?
What I mean by this is lets say we’ve got Product A and it is in Location A,B,C.

A = 5 stock on hand

B = 3 stock on hand

C = 2 stock on hand
If an order comes in for 5 units it’ll assign to A (due to the shipping order) but lets say another order comes through for another 5, it will allow the person to select ‘‘shipping’’ as an option rather than just click and collect. This is what is causing the issues. Basically warehouse inventory is the only inventory that should be shipped and store inventory is the only inventory that should be click and collected.
We’ve tried numerous things out of the box using the Shopify settings but have been unable to achieve the correct outcome in terms of restricting fulfilment.
