How can I manage online orders and pick-ups across multiple physical stores?

Hello,

Here is my problem that I will try to explain as precisely as possible.

I have two physical stores #A and #B :

  • #A is my main stock and fullfil online orders (Shipping, local delivery, pick up) + Shopify POS
  • #B is a small store with Shopify POS only.

My problem is the following:
If I want to activate the pick up in store on store #B I have a big problem because if store #B is the only one to have a product in stock it leaves the product sheet available and it creates problems at check out time (if the customer wants a home delivery..).

The solution would be to say “If product X is online only in store #B, then put product out of stock on the front”.

Is there a solution via custom development or something else?
