How can I manage PayPal payments on my Shopify website without a receiving facility?

I am still setting up my Shopify website.

I have a PayPal account which can only make payments. PayPal has not yet allowed payment receiving facility to this country.I have several credit and debit card, bank accounts instead of PayPal.

I have the following questions on Payment process.

  1. Can buyers with PayPal accounts make purchases in my store? (Because my PayPal does not have payment receiving facility.)
  2. If so would I loose those buyers?
  3. If they can pay through PayPal what is the payment handling mechanism?
  4. How to refund PayPal buyer on a dispute?
  5. Is it compulsory to link a PayPal account by a seller with Shopify? (Because I do not like to link this partially facilitated PayPal with Shopify.)
  6. Give me an opinion on appropriate method to set the payment link between myself and Shopify with or without PayPal.
  7. What are the pros and cons I will have to meet with this partially facilitated PayPal?
