How can I manage tax exemptions for my kids store products in Canada?

Hello

I have a kids store and 90% of the products are PST tax exempt only 10% of the products are charged two taxes (GST & PST).

I have over 5000 products and there doesn’t seem to be an easy or quick way to create manual collection.

Is there a way to just create a collection and charge two taxes on the 10% of the product.

Or is there a way to create collections using a CSV file?
