Greetings, Can someone please advise…I am trying to figure out how to change my hot selling items manually, but I can’t figure out where to do it. I have tried to reach out to shopify, but can’t seem to figure that out neither. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi there @HugRenee . I’m happy to look into this with you! Do you have any examples of where your “hot selling items” appear on your storefront? Also, did you purchase this theme through our theme store?
I’m having trouble finding the theme you mentioned (Booster 2.2) and it’s not a Shopify created theme so I won’t have much information on this theme itself, but I will still try to help you out!
It sounds like “hot selling items” might be a section in the theme you’re using. Typically to access the settings for a section you will want to go into your theme editor and click the specific section you want to edit. To get into your theme editor go to Online store > Themes > Customize (next to the theme you want to edit). From there, navigate to the correct template and select the section you want to edit. This will open any available settings for that section. If you can manually change what shows up under “hot selling items” it will likely be here. You can read more about using sections and blocks on this page. I’ve also included an example below of what this could look like. Since I can’t locate that specific theme I’m using a Featured collection section in our theme, Dawn, as an example.
If you can’t find the setting you need in your theme editor it would then be best to speak with the theme developer of your theme. They will have the most accurate information on how your theme works and they should be able to help you further.
