Just wanted to ask some help regarding on how to customize the sender’s name manually.
Please find the attached dile below for your reference.
Are you using standard Shopify SMS notifications?
If yes, you can customize your template in Settings > Notifications
Choose the Notification you’d like to change, click and you have a template for Email and SMS.
