I’m working for a client and they need to me install a new theme they already purchased. They want all their old pages to remain intact. Some are built on gempages and some on zipify etc. Their live chat by the Gorgias app needs to remain the same as well. The new theme they want is not compatible on the Theme Updater app
Any tips?

For your concern, in most cases, all GemPages files will be synced automatically when you change to new theme in Shopify admin. It means all GemPages’ pages will be transferred to the new one accordingly.
A small tips for you: Kindly open a random page by GemPages editor and hit Publish. This action will activate the transferring data process. Furthermore, changing the theme process will take only a few minutes however in order to avoid any unexpected issue or customer experience, you can consider doing it at night when the volume of customers on the page is low.
