The town where my business is located has a new 1% sales tax but it’s not updated in shopify and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to manually add it. I noticed that on a couple sales it was charged, but then I haven’t seen it again. Help.

If you’re using manual taxes, then you will be able to adjust the tax rates. However, this option isn’t recommended and you may want to consider consulting a local tax advisor when setting up manual taxes.
