How can I mark a free order as 'paid' in a ready-to-ship system?

Hi,

I am shipping out products to brand ambassadors for free. I am using automate.io to capture responses from a google form to create an order with. Now that these orders are in shopify I am trying to ship them out via readytoship. The issue is readytoship will only show orders from products labelled as ‘paid’, and these are labelled as ‘payment pending’. So my question is, how do I mark a $0 free order as PAID so that it will enter the readytoship system? I have tried doing ‘capture payments’ but it doesn’t seem to work.

can you also simply use automate.io to mark the order as paid when you import it?
