We have a Shopify app installed in our store. When a customer goes to a certain page that has the shopify app installed, the web address shows the app name in the address. Is there a way to change the address to something that does not give away the app’s name in order for the customer not to see the app’s name?

Is the app that you’re using a third-party app? If so, the app has been created by developers outside of Shopify. How the app functions on your storefront has been configured by the app developers, so they are best equipped to answer app-specific queries. If you installed the app from our Shopify App store, you can find the specific app page there and you’ll be able to see the contact details of the app developers or support team.
