If you’re looking to update your account owner profile info for your store you can do by clicking on your username and account photo and clicking ‘Manage account’ from there.

It is not the account name. No verification is needed for that. I think it is the one registered that is connected to shopify payment. How do I change/update that? And then I can upload the corresponding documents, for verifications.

Let me re-phrase the issue is my "Shopify Payment Accounts’. How/where can I go to change the information I used initially to create the Shopify Payment Accounts so that it is aligned with the documents I have to upload, for verifications.
Please reply asap as currently I cannot receive payments and my Shopify Payment Account has been on hold!
