Agreed. I posted in the community in 2019 asking why you cannot assign different items different sized shipping packages (so shipping charges calculate correctly) without a third party app. It’s 2024 and that issue still hasn’t changed. Shopify basically knows we have stockholm syndrome with them and won’t leave for another company because it’s so much work to do so, so they’re never going to bother making actual improvements.
