i was setting up my store but i had to go in for kidney transplant surgery so i paid a fiverr designer to add some finishing touches but i notice i’ve been charged twice for 3 mths in a row shopify says it seems i have 2 stores i see the new page and the old ne i have to get to the new one through the old page my question is how do i sync them into one store?

About the two stores:
Do the stores have two different (shopify) domains?
e.g. mynewstore.myshopify.com & myoldstore.myshopify.com
About syncing them:
I am not aware of any type of possibilities to sync two seperate shops, but you can download your products using the CSV Export and upload them in the new shop. The theme that you are using can be downloaded and uploaded to the new store. I believe this will do most of the job.
