How can I make my header exactly like this in craft theme.

This needs a developer, to add this in your theme.

Well I have tried using a lot of codes but it’s not working.

I was able to change it to transparent header and make it solid while scrolling.

But I am not able to change colors of icon as well the brand name.

But then I the color won’t change from white to black while scrolling
