How can I modify a customer's order size before fulfillment?

Hi,

One of our customers have made an order through our website and would like to change the size. The order has been paid for yet unfulfilled. Is there away to edit their order on our end without having them create a new order?

Yes, you can totally edit an order from your Shopify admin without having your customer create a new order.

Here’re the steps to follow:

  1. On the order page, click Edit

  1. Add the product with the correct size

  1. Remove the incorrect one

  2. Hit Update Order

Any exceeded amount will be automatically refunded to your customer.
