How can I modify design sections on my upgraded website?

I recently paid a Shopify expert to help upgrade my website to 2.0 and now struggling to get a hold of them to fix a few extra bits. I need help with the design aspect of my website and how to modify sections. Can someone help me with this or push me in the right direction?
