How can I modify my account's date of birth for payment verification?

I would like to change the DOB for my account and verify my Shopify payments but it will not allow me too . can some please help?

In order to update this information, you will need to create a support request directly through the Shopify Help Center. This is because you’re unable to update this information through the Shopify admin. When navigating the Shopify Help Center, you’ll need to log into your account and select a topic to view our available contact options.

Hi thanks for responding. I have recently tried verifying under a new name and have changed the government name for my shop but it’s still trying to accept ID verification for the old name and won’t let me change the DOB still, what can I do?
