Hello,
My current website has a carousel style design near the top of the page with a text box inside it for the desktop design, however, the mobile view has the image and then the text box below it. I want both of them to have this text box inside the carousel, but perhaps, have the mobile version of image carousel with a more “width-appropriate” version of that image.

I am using the Refresh theme. How can I modify this?
