How can I modify my Dawn theme to have a transparent and sticky homepage header?

Hey can someone help me change the homepage header to be transparent and a sticky block when you scroll down?

Note the header is already partial stick on upward scrolling.

And for a full sticky header you will need to change your logo otherwise you are constantly obscuring half the page with an obnoxious logo tall sticky header.
