Replace to my order

Shopify is the platform many businesses use when it comes to creating their online stores, however, we don’t actually manage any of them including their orders, customers, products, sales or shipping. If you would like to request a replacement for an order you have made, I suggest getting in direct contact with the store owner, you can do this by replying to the confirmation order email you received when you placed your order.
