How can I change the address in my Shipping and Delivery section under Settings?

Are you wanting to change your stores location? By changing your stores location that would change where your items are shipped from.

Yes, I am trying to change to the area where is says the items are being shipped from. I did not see a way to edit that information.

You will need to do that in the locations section of your settings. You can add a new location or switch your default location there.
