How can I modify or remove part of my site's meta title?

Hey there everyone,

I’m trying to figure out how to remove and/or change a part of the meta title for my site.

This is a picture of the current meta title — I want to remove, or change the last part that says “lynkdigitalmarketing”

How can I do this?
