How can I modify product and collection card grid size in Ride theme?

I want to change the grid size for product and collection pages . i am using Ride theme. how do I make it square? and prevent the blow-up/zoomed version of my image?

Theme settings only offer basic standard or card sizing. It does not solve the problem. please offer a CSS solution for entire theme or if not at least designated, reproducible solution.

SPECIFICALLY THE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT IMAGES IN THE GRID. I WANT IT SQUARE.

Please include images of what you have vs. what you want to do with your theme for us to help you with your issue. I do not see an issue with image zooming and the default for image shape is square with the ride theme
